I began my career as a water damage technician and spent 14 years progressing in the insurance restoration industry. During this time, I gained training in water damage restoration, fire, smoke, odor remediation, and mold remediation. Owning my own business was always a goal, though I initially wasn’t sure in what capacity. Over the years, I developed extensive experience helping people recover from disasters affecting their homes and businesses, honing my ability to accurately and fairly estimate restoration costs. Building on my contractor background, I became an independent adjuster, joining an IA firm and working as a staff adjuster for over eight years. This experience confirmed that running a claims-handling business was the right path for me. I enjoy collaborating with carrier adjusters and policyholders, conducting thorough inspections, providing precise damage estimates, and helping settle claims fairly.

I was born and raised in Central Michigan and moved to Traverse City, MI, in 2014, where I quickly fell in love with the area’s natural beauty. I am married to my wife, Jessica, and we have two wonderful daughters, Madison and Leah. In my free time, I love spending quality moments with family and friends, camping, and playing golf.
